Grown high in Guatemala’s renowned Antigua region, this Strictly Hard Bean (SHB) coffee is cultivated between 1,500–1,950+ MASL in mineral-rich volcanic soil. Surrounded by the Agua, Fuego, and Acatenango volcanoes, Antigua coffees are known for their balance, sweetness, and structure.
This lot is a blend of Bourbon, Caturra, and Catuai varietals and is fully washed and sun-dried, resulting in a clean, refined cup that highlights the character of the region. The EP (European Preparation) grade ensures extra sorting for clarity and consistency in every brew.
