Colombia Santander Supremo Washed is a premium Arabica coffee originating from the Santander department in northern Colombia. Renowned for its large bean size (Supremo grade, screen 17/18), this coffee is cultivated in the region’s rich volcanic soils and ideal microclimates, contributing to its distinctive flavor profile.
Tasting Notes: This coffee offers a well-balanced cup with sweet aromas of brown sugar and maple syrup. It features a smooth, silky medium body with bright, crisp winey acidity, complemented by notes of citrus, lemon, orange, red fruit, nectarine, and dark chocolate. The finish is clean and lingering, showcasing sweet, rich complexity.
